What to bring

• Swimsuit and flip-flops for comfort and hygiene at the facility.

• If you answered “yes” to any medical conditions on the medical form, bring a signed and stamped doctor’s declaration of fitness.

What's not allowed

• Entry without proper swimwear; street clothes are not permitted in pool areas.

• Outside diving equipment except for personal masks, breathing regulators, gauges, fins, and cameras. All cylinders, BCs, wetsuits/dry suits, and booties must be provided by Deep Dive Dubai.

• Consumption of alcohol or non-prescription drugs within 24 hours prior to diving.

• Participation if under the minimum age (10 years) or not comfortable swimming.

• Entry without parental or legal guardian accompaniment if under 18.

• Late arrival; arriving late results in cancellation of your experience and forfeiture of payment.

• Rescheduling within five days of your booked time; all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable within that window.

Accessibility

• Minimum age to participate is 10 years; those under 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s presence.

• Sessions are supervised by professional instructors and safety divers.

• Medical restrictions may apply: participants with specific health conditions must have doctor’s approval.
