The staff at Headout were very professional and helpful and the company ticket booking process was easy plus any questions were anwered expeditiously. The Burj Khalifa VIP Eperience was phenomenal. From the initial check-in process, through the various breathtaking multilevel views to the end of the tour the staff was very caring, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. It's a must see when visiting the the UAE and the Beautiful gem of all cities named Dubai. I will definitely be adding this event to do again since once is not enough.

We were told there were queues of around 4-5 hours when we arrived. We paid for the VIP experience and was able to skip the line. A massive thank you for the level of service we received from the moment we arrived and from the courtesy of every employee that helped guide us to enjoy the experience that little more. Great experience and make sure you plan what to do after, such as going to the fountains and having a meal across the fountains and opposite the Burj by the Souk Al Bahar crossing.

Very beautiful. I recommend only with the platinium package. The waiting lines are very long. With Platinum, it will take you about an hour to get in. Without the platinium package, I think I'll have to wait 3 hours. The appetizers were amazing, the waiter found a table with a view of the palm tree, very helpful staff.

We booked in advance (152nd to 154th floor) and picked up our tickets at the entrance an hour beforehand. There was no queue. The entrance and briefing were relaxed and in English. You take the elevator up. You have to change elevators once. Once you reach the top, you are rewarded with a gigantic view and great service. This includes a huge selection of food and drinks. An evening appointment allows you to watch the sunset. There is also an outdoor platform. If you are in Dubai, this is a "must."

There were only one complicated thing for us. I think it it a little bit difficult to find the entrance. Some huge table/ sign should be placed what gives a clear indication. I think entrance is a little bit sloe even we had priority ticket. Otherwise everythink was perfect. The view and feeling is extra ordinary. I propose to make a short map-extract including especially taxi pick up places. It was fantastic.

To expensive for what is delivered. One drink and fingerfoot is worth the money. To many people, no place to sit down for a while. Especially for older people like us. We where happy to come down again. Absolutely to much money for this experiance.
